Skin Health

If there is one thing that most women can agree on is having smooth, pretty skin. There are many ways you can go about keeping your skin looking young and smooth so I found this particular article really interesting because it covered many of the basic option. Because skin care is such a high priority for us women I wanted to start out this blog with a how to article that addressed natural and beautiful skin care. I'll also be sending this article and the link to the source out in my newsletter.

    • Use coconut oil. Using coconut oil can (whether you eat coconuts or you buy a coconut oil-based skin product) improve the overall health of your skin. Coconut oil is useful for many things including the prevention and/or alleviation of acne, eczema, psoriasis, fungal infection and other skin-related conditions. When shopping for coconut oil it is recommended that you buy either shredded coconut from your grocer or you can buy skin products that have coconut oil in them.
    • Use shea butter products. Shea butter is a natural product that has been known for decades to improve overall skin health. Shea butter has many uses for maintaining and improving skin health including: moisturizing the skin, the treatment of scars, eczema, burns, rashes, acne, dry skin and much much more. All shea butter is pretty much the same so when shopping, it is recommended that you shop in relatively low key markets because the scarcity of this product makes it extremely expensive.
    • Take a multivitamin everyday. Vitamins like A, B, D and E have all been known for improving skin health. These vitamins are good for relieving rosacea, acne and psoriasis symptoms. To take the hassle out of trying to get your hands on the foods that harbor these vitamins and eating them multiple times per day, you are advised to purchase a multivitamin (preferably a multivitamin that centers on skin health). When shopping for vitamins, make sure you purchase pharmaceutical grade vitamins, they are the best.

I also discovered this one website that kinda specializes in products that are geared toward skin care. Considering these are supplement based products I know my readers (that means you gals) would likely gravitate to them. You can go directly to the home page - And learn about what is being called the new miracle phytoceramide face lift in a bottle reviews which is the product that interested me the most because I'd never heard of it. I found the process logical and it made sense to me why it works.

If you're wanting to erase your stretch marks it also provides a good revitol stretch marks cream reviews site that you can take a look at. Revitol normally has some good products that you can depend on. There is also another fade cream I've never heard of but at this point I wouldn't suggest it because I no nothing about the company that makes it.

Finally, there is not one of us who can say we don't have an issue with a little or a lot of cellulite, especially if you are over age 20 so you can also check this, Does aminophyliin cream really work? Now, if you don't have enough to checkout her is a really good book you may be interested in. I have to be honest in that I've not purchased The Cellulite Factor Treatment System but its written by the same author of the Fat Loss Factor which was a really in depth book. If anyone grabs a copy let me know what you think about it.

Okay ladies, I still have some real mom work to do. Until next time.
